- Designed for Old Students of S.N. Goenka (dhamma.org).
Features
- Customize your meditation timer with a Goenka intro and outro. You can also choose to incorporate chanting or extended mettā.
- Track your meditation sessions with the built-in History feature to maintain consistency in your practice. Earn full credit for both morning and night sessions. For example, "You've meditated twice a day for # days, and at least once for # days consecutively."
- Set up automatic notifications with gong sounds to help you remember your meditation times. You can set reminders for both morning and night sessions.
- Connect with friends who meditate. Receive automatic notifications when you or your friends complete a meditation session.
